NZ Delivery

To ensure you always pay a fair price for delivery you will be presented with exact shipping rates in the checkout, based upon the items you order and your delivery address. All packages are sent out of Auckland, New Zealand.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your package to arrive before contacting us. Although we strive to have them arrive in 1-3 working days with rural, public holidays, weekends, or unforeseen circumstances, this can take longer, depending on the shipping option, location and payment option you chose. We strive to complete all orders received as soon as possible.

NZ Nationwide Xtra Large or Fragile Items - $14.90 (A small selection of products may have this option.)

We offer FREE Nationwide New Zealand Shipping on all orders $59+

* XL/ Fragile products excluded from the $59+ Free Shipping.

To make sure you receive a fair price for shipping, all rates will be shown at checkout, depending on what your buying and delivery location.

P.O. Boxes

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box address is given by mistake we will contact you and this may cause a delay with the delivery of your package.
